Wow! This one doesn't feel like a rental - it feels like home! Generous room sizes, freshly painted with TWO new fully renovated bathrooms makes this one not to be missed! Kitchen has full-sized appliances and has an open view to the expansive living and dining area. You'll love both south and west sunset views from the private balcony. Super clean and ready for you to call home! "Celebrity Place" is a gem in this neighbourhood with amazing amenities: 24-hr concierge, 24-hr fitness centre, theatre room, hobby room, library, indoor pool, saunas, party room, convenience store, gorgeous gardens and seasonal decor! No wonder it was awarded "Condo of the Year" in 2015. Location is equally amazing: 2 blocks from the subway, Metropolitan U, only 20 min from Eaton Centre, teaching hospitals, U of T., parks, etc. Locker is assigned by the condo. (id:41202)
